Quebec Ironman. Mont-Tremblant. 08/18/2013.
Came across some of the event replay from last year. 2 pro riders who I managed to see on the bike, very few views with a decent perspective. Pervasive was the opinion that the torso is to be still and just use the legs. That explains much of what I was watching, torso still and the hike collapsing the trunk. Case in point was MB Ellis winner of the race, doesn’t mean I need to like the performance on the bike. Could have been more effective with the SBHH performed correctly. On the other hand, Romaine Guillaume performed expertly off saddle, with the SBHH.
